Team Leader Role

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Team Leader to join our team at The Ardonagh Group. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of insurance professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of insurance professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Broking Manager to develop business plans and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Extensive insurance broking experience, preferably in a team leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial processes, security requirements, Health & Safety legislation, and risk management techniques.
  • Familiarity with FCA Regulations for dealing with Commercial and Personal lines Customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
