About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Assembly. As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end operations of our key clients and digital projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, working closely with internal teams, and liaising with external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing project plans, roadmaps, and briefs to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources and work closely with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, and briefs to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Take ownership of roadblocks and ensure that your team has the necessary knowledge and resources to overcome them.
  • Immerse yourself in cutting-edge marketing technologies and large-scale projects to empower our clients to adopt and extract value from the latest digital marketing solutions.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of digital marketing project delivery, with at least 2 years of experience in a project management role or similar.
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
  • Demonstratable experience of working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to articulate complex technical subjects to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Lots of initiative and a 'get things done' attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to quickly learn and understand our consultancy team's products and services.
  • An understanding and/or experience of using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com or similar.
  • An understanding and/or application of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma or similar.
