We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ComForCare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our clients in their homes. Your expertise will be essential in assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the client's needs and goals.
- Provide direct care to clients, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by their physician.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to caregivers and other staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Document client progress and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
