About the Role
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be working with Independent Community Care Management Limited to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
Working with Us
We care for and support people of all ages in their homes and in the community, with conditions such as spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries. Our team is dedicated to providing person-centered care, and we are looking for individuals who share our values and are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
What You Will Do
You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver personalized care plans, support clients with daily living tasks, and provide emotional support to individuals and their families. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program.
Qualifications and Requirements
You do not need any prior care experience to apply for this role, as we provide full nurse-led training. However, you will need to possess a compassionate and resilient nature, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
