Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the Community Wellbeing Team, ensuring smooth operations of community-based support services for children, young people, and families experiencing emotional wellbeing challenges. As the first point of operational contact, you will support your team with risk management, monitoring, and reporting. You will develop, oversee, and expand existing service provision to meet contractual requirements and collaborate effectively with community-based partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will have significant experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and families. Your demonstrable experience of supporting frontline staff and being a skilled communicator with extensive experience of working alongside various partners is essential. Additionally, you will need to work to meet contractual requirements and be a dedicated, supportive manager passionate about delivering impactful wellbeing services.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
