Job Summary

This role is part of an integrated team that assists Sales Support Representatives, Order Management Coordinators, and Accounts Executives on a national basis. The Sales Support Assistant will provide general sales support functions, including fulfilling special customer requirements, preparing weekly order status and shipping reports, and performing order backlog management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfill special customer requirement needs that are identified
  • Prepare weekly order status and shipping reports for the Sales Support Representatives and Accounts Executives
  • Perform order backlog management
  • Perform open purchase order management
  • Assist with forecasting, gathering information weekly and generating reports
  • Act as a liaison for information needed from Legal, Credit, and Finance
  • Perform deal registration assistance and tracking
  • Manage documents for closing of orders requiring document signatures
  • Research customer issues and invoicing questions
  • Provide training to backup any needs of the department
  • Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis

Requirements

  • High School Education
  • 1 year of experience in a related area
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications

Salary Compensation Range: $42,000 to $52,000
