Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Process and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to customer portals.
  • Chase overdue payments and escalate non-payment issues with management and sales teams.
  • Prepare and analyze the monthly aged debtor report, providing commentary on trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain the agreed dunning process, ensuring compliance with company credit management policy.
  • Review bank accounts for customer payments, allocating them to the correct accounts and invoices/credit notes.
  • Forecast cash receipts on a monthly basis, supporting the business in achieving financial goals.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in credit control and accounts receivable in a large business.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, with knowledge of v-lookup and pivot tables.
  • Numerate with an understanding of accounting principles and VAT.
  • Knowledge of SAP and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
