We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Controller Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our credit control processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage customer invoices, including updating customer portals as required
  • Chase payments from customers and escalate non-payment issues with management and sales teams
  • Prepare and provide commentary on the monthly aged debtor report
  • Ensure compliance with our company credit management policy
  • Support the business in forecasting cash receipts on a monthly basis
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in credit control and accounts receivable in a large business
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Numerate with an understanding of accounting principles
  • Knowledge of SAP
