Technical Claims Specialist

At Davies, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Claims Handler, you'll play a crucial role in our Motor Claims team, providing a professional and empathetic service to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, including personal injury from inception to settlement.
- Maintain accurate data on our case management system.
- Comply with set client SLAs and ensure quality service standards are maintained.
- Allocate new claims, set strategies, and carry out supervisory tasks as required.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members.
- Attend client review meetings and contribute to client project work.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with our clients.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Supervisory experience is desirable.
- The ability to manage your workload and work independently.
- Strong client relationship skills.
