About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Growth to join our team at Corndel Limited.

Job Description

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and leading the creation of our Sales Development function. This role requires a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can define the strategy, recruit top talent, and create the systems and processes needed to generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for our New Client Acquisition team.

You will collaborate across the Director group to align the Sales Development function with wider goals and play a pivotal role in driving Corndel's long-term growth. Design and launch the Sales Development strategy and processes including establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success.

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard the first Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure successful handovers of qualified leads
  • Identify and implement tools and technology to support the Sales Development team
  • Collaborate with your sales colleagues, sharing best practice and contributing to a great working culture
