About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Safety Manager, Toxicologist to lead our safety team and ensure the safety of our cosmetic products throughout their lifecycle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing the safety of our products during innovation and new product development, as well as maintaining our safety frameworks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of safety experts to assess the safety of our products
  • Develop and maintain safety frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety is integrated into product development
  • Represent the company on expert committees and forums
  • Train and develop the skills of our technical and commercial teams on safety knowledge
Requirements:
  • Higher qualification in a relevant discipline, such as pharmacy, toxicology, medicine, or dermatology
  • At least 5 years' experience in safety assessment in the FMCG or chemistry industry
  • Strong technical capabilities and ability to represent the company externally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
