Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist - Sheffield

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in a hospital setting
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct medication reviews and provide recommendations for optimization

Requirements:
  • Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacist
  • Independent Prescriber qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
