We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger Expert to join our team at Reed Accountancy. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing purchase ledger processes and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase ledger processes and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the sales ledger department as required.
  • Post and reconcile credit card transactions and check expense claims.
  • Keep the accounts mailbox up to date and manage client communications for credit control.
  • Cover telephones as needed and prepare payment runs twice a month, plus ad hoc as required.
  • Provide holiday cover for other ledger assistants and perform ad hoc duties as required by the business.

A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is available for this role, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including free parking and a location close to local bus routes.
