Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Teaching Assistant - Special Needs to join our team at Link3 Recruitment. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working with students with SEN, providing individualised and group support to help them reach their full potential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers to deliver personalised support for students with SEN, adapting resources and strategies to suit individual needs.
  • Assist with personal care or mobility support when required, in line with school policies and training.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience working with children or young people with SEN in an educational setting.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification are desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures, as well as knowledge of common SEN needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.

Salary:** £95-£120 per day
