Occupational Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team in Acute Medicine.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services, developing and maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring adherence to professional standards and Trust policies.

About the Role- This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,688 per annum.
- You will be working within a multidisciplinary team, providing specialist occupational therapy services to patients in Acute Medicine.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining a high-quality occupational therapy service.
- Ensuring adherence to professional standards and Trust policies.
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Providing clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff members.
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- State Registration with Health Care Professions Council.
- Postgraduate experience/training in clinical speciality.
- Management training.
- Member of Professional body (COT).
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
