Occupational Therapist for Learning Disabilities

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Community Learning Disability Team. The successful candidate will work with individuals with complex needs, providing assessment and treatment programs that promote independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients with learning disabilities.
  2. Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in a community-based setting, working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, families, and carers to ensure seamless care coordination.

Person Specification:
  • Essential qualifications: BSC Occupational Therapy and unrestricted registration with Health Professions Council (HPC).
