About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and passionate Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of shifts, supporting colleagues to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Maximize sales by leveraging team members' strengths
  • Train and accredit new Baristas
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, sharing knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards, ensuring quality and excellence in every aspect of the store

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people. If you have:

Reliability and a commitment to opening and closing the store safely and on timeTeam leadership experience in a fast-paced environmentA desire to take on shared responsibilityA love of turning knowledge into action to drive store successA willingness to learn and be bold, brave, and action-orientedA flexible approach and can-do attitude
