About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Barista Maestro. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and support colleagues in delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Maximize sales by leveraging the talents of your team members
  • Train and accredit new Baristas to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share your knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards in every aspect of your work, from espresso quality to customer satisfaction

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and people, with a strong desire to take on leadership responsibilities. If you have a flexible approach, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you.
