About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Baristas to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service
  • Train and develop new Baristas to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in the role
  • Manage stock levels, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing and promotional strategies
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
