Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Bardfield Academy. As an integral part of our educational community, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of our students.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting teachers in the classroom, providing individualized attention to students with diverse needs and abilities.
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to progress pupils' learning and assess their development.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating effectively with parents and teachers.
You will be working 32 hours 40 minutes per week, Monday to Thursday 08:15 am to 15:30 pm and Friday 08:15 am to 14:00 pm with a 25 minutes lunch break. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and has excellent communication skills.
Salary: £19,972.67 per annum (depending on experience)
