Educational Support Assistant Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced tutor to join our team as an Educational Support Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be willing to work around 10-15 hours per week on a part-time basis.

About the Role:
  1. Deliver educational support to students with SEN in maths, English, and science subjects
  2. Develop and implement individualised learning plans for each student
  3. Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  4. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in education or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of the UK education system
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £30,000 per annum. Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
