We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Strategy Education. This full-time opportunity is available across various Primary Schools in Essex, working with students aged Early Years to Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in lesson planning and delivery.
  • Develop strategies to support students' language and communication skills.
  • Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
