We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Strategy Education. This full-time opportunity is available across various Primary Schools in Essex, working with students aged Early Years to Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lesson planning and delivery.
- Develop strategies to support students' language and communication skills.
- Provide individualised support to students with special educational needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
