Protocol Education Ltd is a leading provider of education services, working in partnership with schools and other organizations to deliver high-quality educational outcomes. We are seeking a Special Educational Needs Expert who can join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of pupils with severe, moderate, and complex needs.
The role involves working in a special school for pupils aged 3-19 years, providing an educational intervention as part of a holistic approach. The successful candidate will be working closely with the class team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,662 - £40,122 per annum, plus 10% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position with the option to become permanent at a later date.
Main Tasks- Support the class team to work together effectively in a creative and solution-focused way.
- Ensure highly individualized planning and contribute significantly to meetings that impact on the quality of the young person's experience and achievements.
- Work with your class team to raise standards through staff performance management.
- Assist with the development and delivery of training, and support your class team in areas such as teaching and learning.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team with monitoring and evaluating the quality of education taking place.
