
Teaching Assistant Apprentice Programme

This role offers a fantastic foundation for individuals seeking a career as a Teaching Assistant or Classroom Teacher. As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will be based in a classroom environment and your primary focus will be providing support to teaching staff and students in various ways.
Main Responsibilities:- Raise academic standards for all students.
- Encourage students to become more independent learners.
- Provide support for students' emotional, social, and physical well-being.
- Support the inclusion of students in all aspects of school life.
You will work under the direction of the line manager, class teachers, and other staff to support the learning of whole classes, selected groups, or individuals as instructed. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while earning a salary.
The estimated salary for this role is £NMW per hour, which aligns with industry standards. The working week consists of Monday to Friday, 4 days a week from 8:30am to 3:20pm, and 1 day a week from 8:30am to 3:25pm, with an unpaid half-hour break for lunch each day.
This is a term-time only position plus 5 additional days. If you are enthusiastic about working with children and possess strong interpersonal skills, this role may be an excellent fit for you.
