What We're Looking For

We are seeking an existing Chef de Partie or an exceptional Commis Chef looking to take their career to the next level. As a passionate and creative individual, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Championing excellent service through quality food and a commitment to excellence.
  • Demonstrating a passion for delivering fantastic food every time, with a focus on consistency and attention to detail.
  • Working closely with your Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Developing and maintaining effective controls to ensure optimal GP and labor management.
  • Driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
