About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The Swan, a renowned Young's pub located in Surrey. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion excellent service through quality food production
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering fantastic food every time
  • Develop and maintain effective controls to optimize GP and labour
  • Drive sales and growth through engagement with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
  • Passion for producing quality fresh food in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment
