About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Optical Assistant to join our team at bloobloom in London. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Dispensing: Assist optometrists with dispensing, ensuring accurate and timely completion of orders.
  • Order Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of orders, including processing, fulfillment, and after-sale assistance.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a voice for the customer, advocating their needs and issues across departments to ensure seamless service.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English, with exceptional verbal, written, and general communication skills.
  • Digital Comfort: Comfortable working in a digital environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience as an optical assistant, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
