Document Management Specialist

As a Document Manager, you will play a critical role in the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include copying, scanning, and storing documents, as well as reviewing and updating technical documents. You will also be responsible for creating and managing RAMS for projects, distributing project-related copies to internal teams, and maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information.
About the Role
- Copy, scan and store documents
- Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts
- Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
- Create and manage RAMS for projects
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Create templates for future use
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
