About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team in the UK.

This is a full-time permanent role that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create, format, and amend documents across all firm systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilize BigHand Now hub to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations and use software as directed.
  • Collaborate with the Brand department to maintain consistency in document style.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks to guarantee high-quality output.
  • Provide technical support to users on document production queries.
  • Test and troubleshoot new IT systems, ensuring smooth implementation.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Kofax.
  • Flexibility and reliability in meeting deadlines and responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience.
