Maternity and Neonatal Partnership Lead

The Maternity and Neonatal Partnership Lead will serve as a conduit between service users and staff across the Integrated Care Board, facilitating the exchange of thoughts and feelings to drive change and improvement in maternity and neonatal services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality and safety of maternity and neonatal services, ensuring they are accessible and equitable for all.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, commissioners, and local system partners to influence and inform service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in service, ensuring that the voices of families are heard and valued.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership workplan, ensuring alignment with national and local drivers for transformation and quality improvement.
- Recruit and induct volunteer service users, providing them with training and support to enable their effective contribution to the partnership.
- Chair formal partnership meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders have the opportunity to contribute and participate in decision-making.
