Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that students remain on task with their learning activities during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes and maintaining a safe and supportive classroom environment.
- Delivering engaging pre-prepared lessons to KS3&4 students.
- Implementing behaviour management techniques to promote a positive learning atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability, reliability, and resilience.
- GCSE's in English and Maths.
