We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisor to join our team at Vision for Education - Bristol. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and well-being of primary school pupils.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for working with small groups and one-to-one with pupils, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other members of staff to deliver the curriculum and contribute to a healthy school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with primary school aged children, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential
  • Work with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting to their individual needs and requirements
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to deliver the curriculum and achieve educational goals
