This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Medical Secretary to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be required to work independently, using your excellent audio typing skills, communication, and organisational abilities to provide secretarial support and administration duties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including audio typing, mail, filing, tracking patient records, managing patient pathways, and liaising with patients, relatives/carers, and external partners.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Referral to Treatment Time principles and showcase exceptional customer care skills, ensuring an empathetic approach when interacting with patients and their families.
