About the Role

As an Insurance Team Manager in our Corporate Broking operation, you will provide leadership and support to a team of 11 experienced Corporate Account Managers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the Managing Director to manage the process and performance of the team
  • Delivering a high-quality service to clients at all times
  • Championing compliance and adhering to internal and external regulations
  • Providing technical support to Gallagher colleagues
What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in insurance, preferably within corporate insurance
  • Holding or working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications, such as Cert CII, Dip CII, or ACII
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with intermediate knowledge of the commercial insurance industry
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry, with a track record of achieving targets within a regulated framework
  • Risk awareness, client-centricity, and a focus on delivering excellent results
