Claims Administrator

Front Row Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented Junior Claims Administrator to support their friendly team in a dynamic financial services company. As a key member of the claims team, you will play a vital role in the claims process, working closely with Claims Handlers to ensure seamless communication with policy holders.
Key Responsibilities:- Initial point of contact for policy holders making claims, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Recording and maintaining accurate digital claim files, ensuring all necessary information is collected and up-to-date.
- Liaising with policy holders to gather required information, including medical evidence, and chasing outstanding details.
- Reviewing and responding to claims team emails, interpreting decisions from Claims Handlers, and issuing relevant correspondence.
- Providing excellent communication skills, answering policy holder queries, and assisting with payment processing.
- GCSE standard education, with English and Maths at C or above.
- Previous office or administration experience, preferably in a financial or insurance environment.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workload.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop experience in a financial services company, offering a friendly working atmosphere and potential for the role to become permanent. For the first 3 months, you will be required to work in the office daily, after which the schedule will drop to 3 days per week.
