Junior Claims Administrator

Front Row Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented Junior Claims Administrator to support the claims process in a dynamic and award-winning financial services company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the initial point of contact for policyholders making claims, ensuring accurate records are maintained throughout the process.
  • Record and manage claim details, including collecting necessary information from policyholders.
  • Liaise with policyholders to gather information, chase outstanding details, and review the claims team's email inbox.
  • Communicate decisions from the Claims Handlers to policyholders and issue relevant correspondence.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, answering queries and questions.
  • Assist with payment processing and maintain a high level of service while prioritizing workload.
Requirements:
  • GCSE standard in English and Maths, with a strong focus on communication skills.
  • Previous office or administration experience is desirable, along with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
