Front Row Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented Junior Claims Administrator to support the claims process in a dynamic and award-winning financial services company.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the initial point of contact for policyholders making claims, ensuring accurate records are maintained throughout the process.
- Record and manage claim details, including collecting necessary information from policyholders.
- Liaise with policyholders to gather information, chase outstanding details, and review the claims team's email inbox.
- Communicate decisions from the Claims Handlers to policyholders and issue relevant correspondence.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, answering queries and questions.
- Assist with payment processing and maintain a high level of service while prioritizing workload.
- GCSE standard in English and Maths, with a strong focus on communication skills.
- Previous office or administration experience is desirable, along with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
