Junior Claims Administrator

Front Row Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented Junior Claims Administrator to support their friendly team in a financial services company. As a key member of the claims team, you will play a vital role in the claims process, working closely with Claims Handlers to ensure seamless communication with policy holders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initial point of contact for policy holders making claims
  • Recording claim details and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with policy holders to collect necessary information
  • Chasing outstanding information and reviewing email in-box
  • Interpreting and communicating decisions from Claims Handlers
  • Answering policy holder queries and assisting with payment processing
Requirements:
  • GCSE standard in English and Maths
  • Previous office/administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload and maintain high service standards
What We Offer:

A great opportunity to develop experience in a financial/insurance environment with a friendly working atmosphere and potential for the role to go permanent. For the first 3 months, you will be required to work in the office every day, after which this will drop to 3 days per week.
