Claims Administrator

Front Row Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented Junior Claims Administrator to support their friendly team in a dynamic financial services company. As a key member of the claims team, you will play a vital role in the claims process, working closely with Claims Handlers to ensure seamless communication with policy holders.
Key Responsibilities:- Initial point of contact for policy holders making claims, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Recording and maintaining accurate digital claim files, ensuring all necessary information is collected and up-to-date.
- Liaising with policy holders to gather information, medical evidence, and other relevant documentation.
- Chasing outstanding information and ensuring timely resolution of claims.
- Reviewing and responding to claims team emails, providing clear and concise communication.
- Interpreting and communicating decisions from Claims Handlers, issuing correspondence to policy holders as required.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering policy holder queries and questions via phone and email.
- Assisting with the processing of payments and maintaining accurate records.
- GCSE standard in English and Maths, with a strong emphasis on communication skills.
- Previous office or administration experience, preferably in a financial or insurance environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic financial services company, with a friendly working atmosphere and potential for the role to go permanent. During the initial training period, you will be required to work in the office every day, after which the schedule will drop to 3 days per week.
