**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with teachers to develop tailored learning plans and foster inclusive classroom environments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students and colleagues alike, and have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Teachers: Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- One-on-One Support: Provide individualized support to students with additional needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Inclusive Classroom Culture: Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
About You:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., education, child development).
- Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
