As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to residents with dementia, as well as those requiring residential and nursing care. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Preparing meals and snacks.
- Aiding with mobility and transfers.
- Maintaining accurate care records.
