We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the Sussex and Surrey area. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their goals and aspirations. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and advise customers on apartment purchases and lifestyle
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Work closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams
- Meet sales targets and budgeted selling prices
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a determination to succeed, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in face-to-face sales or relationship building is essential. You should also have experience in plot progression and be proficient in using IT databases. A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel are required.
