About the Role: We are looking for an experienced sales professional to work full time in our developments in the Sussex and Surrey area. As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively contacting customers who have shown an interest in knowing more about our developments and providing the best advice on their purchase of the apartment and the lifestyle.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day
  • Achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices for your development
  • Gain an understanding of the site and show customers apartments as the development takes shape
  • Liaise closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams, as well as offsite agents and sales partners

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in selling face-to-face with customers in a role where relationship building and taking the time to meet customer needs is key
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and a determination to succeed
  • Happiness working independently and adopting a proactive approach to sales and marketing
  • A valid UK Driver's Licence and willingness to travel to fulfil duties

What We Offer: As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, generous commission and bonus scheme, and a range of benefits including company car, 24 days holiday, and wellbeing support.
