Premium Brand Sales Executive

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Car Sales Specialist to join our team at KPI People in Crawley.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for new and used vehicles
- Effectively communicate the benefits of premium brand vehicles to customers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth ownership experience for clients
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches
About the Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in car sales, preferably in a premium brand environment
- A full UK driving licence with a good driving record
Remuneration Package:
- A competitive basic salary of £20,000 per annum
- The opportunity to earn uncapped OTE of £60,000 per annum
- A company vehicle for business use
- An attractive benefits package, including loyalty bonuses
Working Schedule:
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm, with one day off per week
- Saturdays: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Alternate Sundays: 10:00am - 4:00pm
