  • Develop trust-based relationships with participants and provide ongoing support.
  • Support individuals to access activities and opportunities through effective coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, ideally with knowledge of the justice system or criminal psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
