Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers, strategically marketing our equipment and services, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Gain a deep understanding of customers' businesses and their requirements by building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Visit customer sites, follow up on new enquiries, and develop new business strategies to drive growth.
- Arrange presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business and maintain existing relationships.
- Maintain and develop existing accounts to ensure long-term business success.
- Proven sales experience in a plant hire or rental background, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
