We are excited to announce the creation of a new Business Development Executive position at beBee Professionals in Cheltenham.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and client management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commissions and bonuses.
