The Senior Research and Development Scientist - Advanced Staining Reagents will be a key contributor to the development of immunohistochemistry technology and advanced staining reagent products. This role is part of our Research and Development team located in Newcastle and will be an on-site position.

As a Senior Research and Development Scientist, you will be responsible for leading projects and gaining insight from other department SMEs. You will also be part of a wider R&D organization, gaining exposure to a variety of different project types.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Developing and implementing processes for product development within a regulatory environment
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to colleagues
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
