IT Relationship Development Manager

Lorien, a leading specialist IT MSP, seeks an experienced Client Relationship Manager to drive business growth and develop long-term partnerships with clients. This role involves understanding clients' technology needs, creating solution-based roadmaps, and ensuring timely project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of account management experience in a consultative environment, with a strong understanding of technology infrastructure, including Public Cloud, Microsoft 365, and Windows. Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging with technical and non-technical professionals, including VP and C-level executives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategies to address client needs and identify new opportunities for growth
- Working with technical teams to create solution-based roadmaps
- Ensuring timely delivery of projects and managing client expectations
Salary: Up to £65k + (dependent on experience)
