About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Planning Obligations Research Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of our planning obligation database (Mastergov).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and analyze historic planning agreements and financial reports to ensure data integrity.
  2. Reconcile information within the planning obligations database to maintain accuracy.
  3. Ensure compliance with S106 legal agreements and Unilateral Undertakings by utilizing professional judgment.
  4. Provide detailed and accurate data entry into our planning obligations database.
Requirements:
  1. Strong understanding of S106 Legal Agreements and Unilateral Undertakings.
  2. Ability to interpret financial data and reports.
  3. Professional judgment to ensure compliance with legal agreement terms.
