About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Planning Obligations Research Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and up-to-dateness of our planning obligation database (Mastergov).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and analyze historic planning agreements and financial reports to ensure data integrity.
  2. Reconcile information within the planning obligations database to ensure accuracy.
  3. Ensure that S106 contributions and Unilateral Undertakings are used appropriately according to the terms of the legal agreements.
  4. Provide detailed and accurate data entry into our planning obligations database.
Requirements:
  1. Strong understanding of S106 Legal Agreements and Unilateral Undertakings.
  2. Ability to interpret financial data and reports.
  3. Professional judgement to ensure compliance with legal agreement terms.
